Submitting an image to the website

By selecting and submitting a photograph to the Ashhurst Dot Org website and to the WebTeam, you accept the following conditions and terms :
As the "owner" of the Photograph, you remain the owner of the submitted photograph and that you give the "WebTeam" the rights to use and display the image in any way the WebTeam sees fit. The WebTeam also agrees to remove any submitted photo when requested by the owner by email.
In return, the WebTeam agrees to credit or display the owners name with any submitted photograph, unless specifically requested by the owner not to.
if you are not the owner of the photograph, you acknowledge that you do have the "potographers" permission to supply the Photograph to the WebTeam, and that it is not under any copyright agreement. You agree to supply the name of that photographer who will be credited to that Photograph. Further, you understand that the WebTeam is under no obligation to use or display any image submitted.
Any submitted photograph may not in any way be : Pornographic or morally objectionable material, anything that is hearsay, prejudicial or untruthful
